The location right by the MRT station is convenient for traveling to other areas for sightseeing, and even in the rain, you don't have to worry about traveling too far to reach the station. The staff are lovely and enthusiastic, and there are Vietnamese speakers to help with communication. The room is quite comfortable for 4 people and has all the necessary amenities (but you must bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste). The lights and air conditioner are a bit difficult to use for first-time users. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, but the menu doesn't change much each day, which is convenient for those who don't want to search for breakfast early in the morning.

The location is very good. Close to Taipei Main Station and a lot of food nearby. The service at the hotel is also amazing. We made a mistake and booked the wrong date. The hotel people helped us to rebook immediately. They also give free afternoon tea. Definitely will stay at Cosmos again when I come back to Taipei.

My family had a great experience at Cosmos. The hotel is located right next to the M3 gate of the central station, there are signs right inside the central station so it is easy to find. The hotel receptionist speaks good English, very enthusiastic in supporting us in ordering food at the restaurant, and instructing us on how to use the Easy Card to rent a Ubike. My family rented a Family room, which has a large bathroom with a bathtub (with jet modes in the tub). Every day, we were given a shower soap in a blind bag with a cute toy inside. The room is compact and cleaned every day. There is packaged coffee, but no toothbrush and toothpaste. The room has a beautiful view right of the central station and the street. When checking in, we were given a voucher corresponding to drinks at the hotel bar, with many choices and delicious. In front of the hotel kitchen, there is a stall selling steamed buns, but because they are not sold until after 11pm, my family has not had a chance to enjoy them yet.

Truly recommended, the location is very close to the Taipei Main Station whether HSR, MRT, and TRA. It is beside the gate M3 of MRT connecting access.

I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.

Pelayanan ramah dari staff dan sangat membantu. Makanan breakfast enak banyak variasi ada salad, noodle, nasi, bubur, buah dan sayuran lengkap. Lokasi strategis keluar dari pintu stasiun M3 Taipei Station. Tamu hotel kebanyakan warga Jepang.

Large rooms, position close to the south exit if you take the MRT airport express, exit M3 exit from Taipei Metro, friendly service, polite and good staff.

It's great stay, great location, adequate 4 star room amenities, WiFi strong, breakfast was good but perhaps you could indicate which one contains pork or not (Moslem are strictly forbidden eating pork)
