I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.

First and most importantly, thank you to our housekeeping team for Room 0815 – Tian Xiao Lan and Chen Yi Shan. They went the extra mile to keep our room neat, clean, and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home. Special thanks for their attentiveness and thoughtfulness toward my mom during our stay – that truly made it feel like a home away from home. Great job to both of you. You are great assets to Cosmos Hotel Taipei. To our front office team – Mandy, Sarah, Ruby, Joan, and Shawn – thank you for your warmest hospitality. Engineering team Mr Xu Xing Yi and Mr Lin Qing Wu for their swift and quick service at our room 0815 as there is a electrical trip here. Appreciated here. We also noticed that Cosmos Hotel Taipei now offers a wonderful happy hour from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM featuring dim sum at Lily Cafe. The portions are just right for a short break. Good job to the management and all the staff for this great initiative. Not to forget our concierge and breakfast buffet teams – you all made our stay a truly memorable one. Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay at Cosmos Hotel Taipei and will definitely come back again next year.

The highlight of our day was the exceptional service from staff. When we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with a hot cup of tea which was perfect on a cold Taipei day. The room was cozy and had a very large bed. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk from the airport MRT station. And there are two convenience stores downstairs from the hotel. The hotel only has three elevators which meant during peak hours we had to wait a long time for an elevator.

Location was prime at Taipei main station but the room was small, and bed was very firm. It is a very large hotel and waiting for the elevators took awhile especially during breakfast hours. A nice perk the hotel offered was a complimentary drink at their cafe.

Great 8-night stay! The location is very convenient and the housekeeping is top-notch. The hotel runs smoothly overall, but the only downside is the elevator situation—it can get very crowded, and I once had to wait for three turns just to get in. Still a solid choice for value, just be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours.
