I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.

We’ve booked three rooms for our family. We all arrived on 3 different days and requested 3 different types of rooms. Front desk staff were super helpful to put us all on same floor and that is so convenient for us. The decor is kind of outdated but clean. Breakfasts were very delicious and good variety . All buffet staff were very efficient and never ran out of good food.

Place is clean, location is one of the best cause nearest to Taipei main station. The breakfast so so only. The hotel may need to look into the better options. Only one type of egg, sausages selection. Coffee is good nothing else

So great! The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The service blew us away. We called the front desk to ask where we could get ice, and they sent us a bucket of ice and bottled water within 2 minutes. The location is excellent. 1000% Recommended!!

The hotel is right next to exit M3 from Main Station. Easy. Not the nicest area of Taipei but felt safe and it was ok. There are better areas. It was convenient Beware - the main photo shown in Hotels.c is NOT the Cosmos Hotel. It is the station. Don’t be confused. Their photo is not accurate. The hotel is very classical. Room was clean. Good space for putting our cases etc. Good shower. The corridor smelt dreadful. Maybe a cleaning material that we are not used to or maybe old carpets. I don’t know. Some days were worse than others. Breakfast was fine. Good selection of Asian but also fried or scrambled eggs.

The hotel is very old and dated. Cleanliness is below expectations for a 4 or 5 star hotel. There was a drain fly in the bathroom and the carpet floor looked dirty but bedroom slippers were provided. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Very good location if you travel by train or tour group from main train station. Rooms small but clean. Deco and vibe of the hotel were more local and seemed dated. Breakfast had international options but clear highlights were the local / Asian options. If you have no or little exposure to Asia, opt for a different accommodation
