great service in general

Robin Hood Inn is an older property with the outside landscaping not kept up but as far as the the rooms and interior it was a very nice place to stay for those on a budget. We stayed for 3 days and had no issues at all and would stay here again ... The complimentary breakfest was an added benefit that was much appreciated ...

Shower was unique with lovely scene. The fellow who cleaned our sink trap out was just great. He is also the one who installed the shower. Bathroom door was very creaky and noisy. Breakfast was fine, especially the attention to detail and cleanliness which was very appreciated. The garden area could be rejuvenated and cleaned up a bit. Bed and bedding were good - every thing else was ok.

I was satisfied especially with the rooms and the space of the room but the service was not good. Especially no one explains to us about the internet and how to use it and I could not use it. I think there should be more staff and even in the uncle's room there should be no such guidance.

This is an older facility but it's been updated and it's clean and in a very convenient location. This was our second stay here and we will be back again. Comfortable and quiet and it's pet friendly. We really enjoyed our bike ride on the complimentary electric bikes and there is a pool table as well.

Overall a great experience,staff is very helpful,clean apartment suite, good location easy access to goose trail and downtown.

I really have no idea. Despite paying through Expedia the Hotel refused my reservation as they have a policy of not accepting customers with local addresses, seriously. And they would not refund saying call Expedia. Expedia said a) call the hotel and both b) and c) hung up on me (I was very polite so thinking their contact centre needs some quality control).

I would definitely stay at Robin Hood Inn and Suites again, The rooms are quite basic but bed is very comfy, pillows were great. The thing I noticed the most though was how clean the room was. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels…most a lot nicer than this one but this is the cleanest one I’ve stayed at. I pulled the bedside table to see if there was a plug in for charging my phone. The plug in was not there but there was also no dust bunnies, which is almost unheard of in hotels. Because of this cleanliness, I would stay here again, Cost of the room also included continental breakfast which is another plus. It’s walking distance to Starbucks and a couple of nice restaurants, which is another plus. The staff and check-in and checkout were very polite, helpful and professional, Oh and they also have pet friendly rooms,
