Good service, comfortable room, and nice access to CBD. The price is also cheaper compared to other hotels.

We got a room overlooking the Royal Park with incredible views. Access to the city is around 1.5 to 2 KM so all the way to enjoy the view. If you want to ride the tram also close. The hotel staff are very nice. And especially the beds and pillows are soft, the rooms are spacious and clean as well, the next if you go to Melbourne will definitely stay here. Then under the hotel there are many restaurants including Asian food (Chinese food and Japanese food). We stayed 3 nights.
