From October 13-16, we stayed here in a family triple room. We arrived at 3 PM and were greeted by a friendly Indian receptionist. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The deposit was relatively low compared to other hotels. The room was cleaned and tidied daily. They even provided extra drinking water. Overall, I recommend this hotel. My only suggestion is the arrangement of the room furniture. We booked a family triple room, but the single bed was placed directly in front of the bathroom door, which caused some discomfort.

The hotel smells good, is clean, the service is friendly, and the air conditioning is cool. The room and bathroom are quite spacious. The location is very strategic, close to the LRT, bus station, and MRT center. This makes it very convenient if you want to travel to Genting, KLCC, or other tourist attractions. The price is very affordable. The staff is very friendly. I checked out at 8 AM and was allowed to store my luggage until 6 PM. Next time I go to KL, I will stay here again.

It's really worth it, a hotel that is really suitable for those on a low budget, wherever you want to go, it's safe and close to KL Sentral.

Convenient, next to mamak. There’s a KK Mart nearby and banks. If you need to exchange money, do it inside NU Sentral. Better fees than at the airport, to be honest. I sped walked there when I realized we need to give a cash deposit of RM30. It’s best for those who just need a quick power nap to continue exploring KL. It’s also only a few minutes walk to the mall, which is connected to the KL Sentral Station. Best 🫶

Fair location. If you love Indian, Bangladeshi, or Sikh food, this is the place. No mistake, it's perfect.

The blanket was too thin, and its inner filling was separate from the cover. Around 10 PM, we asked the front desk if we could get an extra blanket, but the staff told us that housekeeping had already finished for the day. The staff was quite cold and did not offer any other solution. The room also had a very strange and loud noise, possibly from the water pressure or plumbing. It was quite disturbing. The soundproofing was not very good either, as we could hear noises from outside. Also, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable and could be improved.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. My room's AC leaked, but it was still cool. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it's close to KL Sentral station and the Monorail. Overall, it's the best.

This location is easy to access via public transportation, as well as the restaurant next to the hotel if you want to try nasi kandar.

Room is big enough for 2 guests and breakfast voucher is provided for ABC restaurant. Location is great, just behind KL Sentral, making it easy for travelling and connecting to Metro City.

Strategic location feels like in the city center, close to everywhere, friendly and helpful staff.

The room is bright and clean. The AC is good. It's just a bit noisy because it's not soundproof. Rooms with windows are a bit noisy because of outside noise all night long. The staff is okay. Bath soap is available, but not much else. Close to the elevator to KL Sentral. There's Chinese food in front. Halal food is available all around.

I stayed 3 nights here. Despite the reviews, apparently it’s all good. Location is super near the MRT station and Ngee Ann City mall. Front office was nice and explained how the water heater switch and water conditioning worked. Bed and floor are clean. They have an ironing space outside the room. The only minus is the acoustics; you can hear people talking and the sound of doors in the hallway outside the room. Well, bring earplugs if needed.

The housekeeping staff at every level are really diligent. They really clean the hotel rooms every day. It's amazing. They are very diligent and very polite and kind. Thank you to all the housekeeping staff at Metro Hotel.
