Reception staff, very good service Clean and affordable Near the city center

They were upgrade my room to a big bed and big room and quite. Slept well. Alhamdulillah

Likes : 1. Can check in at 4 am, 24-hour reception 2. Service can speak Malay 3. Wifi is quite fast 4. There is hot water 5. Very close to KL Sentral (just walk) 6. Many food stalls around 7. Very close to Monorail station Dislikes : 1. Room is too small 2. Breakfast menu is monotonous (can get vouchers and exchange at ABC Bistro) 3. No toiletries Notes : 1. Prepare a deposit of RM 20 2. Hotel tax RM 10/night

Security is lacking, my iPhone charger is lost, my friend's charger adapter uses the cable 😒 Even though before we left for our morning activities, I made sure everything was on the table next to the bed.

Very comfortable, you won't be disappointed if you take a room near here.

hotel near Nu sentral and KL sentral. deposit only RM 20. can check out at 3 am. near bus terminal to KLIA airport. Hotel does not provide toothbrush. hotel room is not soundproof. people passing by can be heard in the room.

All is 👍 marvelous, good staff, room, facilities, near to many restaurants such as nasi kandar, pizza etc., 99 Speedmart, laundry, bank, just cross the road can get a big mall.

My experience staying at the Metro Hotel for the first time when on vacation to Kuala Lumpur in KL Sentral was quite interesting & gave me a new experience, but one obstacle was communication when checking in because I am Indonesian so my English is limited, and the staff cannot speak Malay / Malaysian, but it is not a problem. Around the hotel, there are many people selling food almost along the way, so it is recommended.

Is the best. Metro hotel is very god. See you again.

Very nice place to stay. Worth the money. But please fix the toilet lock (tomb) doors. It isn't functioning from the outside.
