Strategic location feels like in the city center, close to everywhere, friendly and helpful staff.

The room is bright and clean. The AC is good. It's just a bit noisy because it's not soundproof. Rooms with windows are a bit noisy because of outside noise all night long. The staff is okay. Bath soap is available, but not much else. Close to the elevator to KL Sentral. There's Chinese food in front. Halal food is available all around.

I stayed 3 nights here. Despite the reviews, apparently it’s all good. Location is super near the MRT station and Ngee Ann City mall. Front office was nice and explained how the water heater switch and water conditioning worked. Bed and floor are clean. They have an ironing space outside the room. The only minus is the acoustics; you can hear people talking and the sound of doors in the hallway outside the room. Well, bring earplugs if needed.

The housekeeping staff at every level are really diligent. They really clean the hotel rooms every day. It's amazing. They are very diligent and very polite and kind. Thank you to all the housekeeping staff at Metro Hotel.

The accommodation and staff here are really good, especially the one named Sha...it's cool, I'll say the same thing. The owner of Sha is really great and very polite, thank you for letting me know Sha.

The hotel staff is friendly and close to everywhere.

The location was nice, close to everything. However, unfortunately, I had to change hotels due to the unfriendly staff. The rude staff yelled and got angry in front of many people in the lobby. This incident didn't just happen to me, but to other guests as well. The Indian staff were nice. The ones with the worst manners were the ones with short, crew-cut hair, whether male or female.

Overall good location, clean bedroom and friendly staff. The boot room for 4 people is not comfortable with a glass bathroom because it uses glass and people can see our shadow when inside the bathroom. Only got bath soap, no amenities, no sandals. Poor quality towel.

Hotel room corridor noisy. At midnight, children were talking and adults were slamming the room door heavily because the door did not have a door lever to close the door slowly. Not recommended for friends to stay.

Staying at Metro Hotel was very pleasant, the rooms were spacious and the service was very satisfying.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are coming from overseas. 1. We reached the hotel half an hour earlier than check-in time. For the half hour, the staff (Chinese lady) may ask for rent or say the room is not available at this moment. We are willing to pay, but the lady's response was not good. (Please note we checked in at 3:10 p.m.) 2. The power supply of the room shut off at 11:56 a.m. This is irresponsible. We left the hotel unhappy. Thank you.
