The staff is very friendly and kind. The staff acknowledges all guests when entering or leaving the facility. The view on the 7th floor is exceptional especially in the evenings. I will continue to reserve and stay at this DoubleTree when I travel to Guadalajara. Thank you

The room was really clean, and modern. The staff were very welcoming. The amenities were great, considering the prime location. It should be noted that parking is a struggle and you can only do Valet parking which has an additional surcharge. We went during the soccer World Cup games and it was very pleasant to be walking distance from prime locations.

The hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Great location, because there is so much to do by the cathedral. Enjoyed the food, drinks and the view from their roof top restaurant.

Their ground transport guy wanted to charge us $200 USD for a ride to a restaurant across town, an uber charged us $15. Breakfast buffet was worth the cost IMO.
