The staff is very friendly and kind. The staff acknowledges all guests when entering or leaving the facility. The view on the 7th floor is exceptional especially in the evenings. I will continue to reserve and stay at this DoubleTree when I travel to Guadalajara. Thank you

The room was really clean, and modern. The staff were very welcoming. The amenities were great, considering the prime location. It should be noted that parking is a struggle and you can only do Valet parking which has an additional surcharge. We went during the soccer World Cup games and it was very pleasant to be walking distance from prime locations.

The room was as clean as it possibly can be, considering it’s an older building. The staff were extremely friendly and patient. They took care of my elderly mother and were super helpful. Would definitely come back to stay here!
