I asked for early check in the day o booked my vacation I called and was told yes no problem for a fee I said no problem please make a note of it so that everything goes through ok no worries. I called day before to confirm my early check in again no worries. The morning of our trip I called on our way to hotel not a problem it will be t ready got there no room they wanted us to upgrade so we can get in early! We had to pay 182.00 dollars to get a room we already had booked! I don’t think that was fair!
