The rooms are not as clean and well maintained. There was also no hot water and room service could have been better. They claim to have a mini refrigerator but it only keeps drinks room temperature. I was expecting more from this hotel.

The room was clean, small but had a large closet and ample counter space. Nice restaurant with beautiful view. Lots of shopping, good to excellent restaurants and street entertainment. Walkable.

The rooms were very clean, the area was perfect very close walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant the Cathedral and many other things. We did not try the food here but will definitely will next time we are around.

La verdad el desayuno es Rico, tienen variedad, pero el personal, deberia ser mas atento con las personas latinas, no solo con los blancos, en una mesa fueron atenderlos como 7 veces en un ratito, y a nostros teniamos que hablarles para que fueran atendernos, y el baño de nuestra abitacion estaba tapado

Room didn't have any windows, it was a little claustrophobic and it didn't feel clean. Location was perfect right in the Centro Historico.
