It was very convenient that every thing was close by and the property was always clean and has a decent breakfast buffet with an amazing view of the cathedral.

It was great! Comfy beds, comfy rooms and the staff was absolutely incredible and helped us when we weren’t satisfied with our view.

La limpieza de los cuartos es terrible, ni limpian nada bien, aparte de que yo renté 2 habitaciones, y en una habitación se encontró una cucaracha! Y hablando de la estacionada y el valet parking, mínimo deberían avisar que coobran, y que te tardan casi 1hr 20 minutos en entregarte el coche! No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel y tampoco lo recomiendo!

The recepcionista, one of the man who were cooking breakfast and the restaurant’s hostess were rude. But the waitress and valet parking were very helpful and polite.

The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring the historic central area of Guadalajara. The staff was quite polite and helpful, and the valet parking was reasonably priced and efficient. The buffet breakfast was alwas very well done, and the hotel's restaurant provide a nice ambiance with a nice view of the cathedral and a nice place to grab a bite and enjoy some evning drinks. Overall very pleased with this property and would happily stay again.

The hotel is nice the area is a bit crazy.

I like the location,cleanliness and people work there excellent,but the rooms need microwave and ice machines in the hallways,washing machines and ironing board and better nightstands!!!!!
