Terrible check-in. Lack of communication. Poor personality from most. We got better treatment by the maids, always sweet and helpful. Elevator work was done during a busy time without having functional escalators. We had to be escorted down a set of stairs that were no conditioned for guest. Water was cold one of the nights, cold shower was not welcomed in a cold winter night. We will never return.

Room was spotless and the employees were super attentive!

La habitación está bien, algo pequeña pero muy funcional, el personal es amable la mayor parte del tiempo, el único contratiempo que tuvimos fue que dos días el agua de la regadera no salió caliente. Su ubicación es muy buena y el servicio de valet parking también muy bueno.
