The staff was helpful and kind, housekeeping was incredible (really above and beyond) and the rooms and amenities were all great! Absolutely a great choice and great location for anyone visiting Concepcion and the surrounding areas!

Me quedé bien aquí, creo que es la mejor opción de Concepción. El personal es muy amable y les gusta ayudar a sus huéspedes. La comida en la noche es excelente, las habitaciones y sus camas muy cómodas. ¡Gracias!

En la página dicen ser friendly pero hay que pagar 30 mil pesos más Impuesto por noche, igual dicen que tienen estacionamiento y en realidad hay que pagar 9 mil pesos. Por lo demás bien ubicado personal muy amable, comidas Excelente. La nevera en la habitación vacía

Nicely kept and presented. AC in room didn’t work but it was repaired promptly. There’s a train next to the building and there are minimal room amenities.

The first room they give me, had bad smell, i call immediately to the reception and they change me for another room.

Good central hotel to stay at, my experience with the staff was good, they’re were efficient on their job and friendly! Stocked bar and a good hotel restaurant!

Beautiful views, excellent location, spacious room, clean and nicely appointed. Impressive breakfast.

Check In was at 3pm instead of 2pm, as most hotels in Chile use to. Paper bin in the bathroom was dirty when we arrive to the room. When you get a shower you'll spread a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Hotel doesn't have Room Service.

The room was dirty, no glasses in the bathroom, food at the restaurant was poor. Service was fine, but would not stay at this place again.

Very small rooms, breakfast ok but they have to serve you from a very small buffet

Disappointing overall. For a brand name hotel like Mercure it was a disappointing. There is no hotel parking and you have to use the public car park next to the hotel and pay. The check in process was the slowest I have ever experienced. The room was ok how not very clean. The bathroom was dirty in the corners. Long hairs everywhere. General maintenance was poor. The entrance from the car park was closed. One of the three lifts was not working- which is frustrating as they are slow and you are only allowed 2 people in the working lifts due to Covid restrictions. Two of four the lobby toilets were out of use. The toilet roll holder was broken in our bathroom. The soap tray in the shower was broken. There was only one drinking glass in a double room. And only one pillow each. Dispute being on the 13 floor the noise from below (trains cars and dogs) was still loud. Overall just disappointing!

The location near downtown and airport was very good. Coffee was good - not the usual Nescafé powder. There was a mixup with my credit card, but the staff corrected it quickly and they were very friendly.

I like room service The hotel is close to the train line so is a bit noisy
