Clean room , staffs are nice & helpful, good breakfast & lots of parking space.

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff

The sink was broken. The shower was broken and dirty. They were renovating the units on both sides of mine until 9 pm with very loud construction activity that was not noticed to the traveller.

No coffee in room I like coffee before I get up and leave room

The hotel is great and all! This review needs to SHINE on the staff member who treated us so amazingly well!!! The rest of the staff were fine but we pretty much only interacted with Shine during our few days here. Her name is SHINE at the front desk. She was unbelievable!! Such a kind soul. She went over and above to make our stay more comfortable and one of the best experiences we have had at any hotels. We will be writing a dedicated email to the manager of this particular hotel to express how amazing she was. Unless you are the one who reviews these? If that's the case, this will cover how appreciative we are for her, but not express how well she dealt with us. Thank you Shine!! Thanks and we will be staying here again if we can afford more nights in the near future when we come up for business.

Great place, clean and modern.

Check in was great , friendly , spent 2 nights . Soccer tournament so lots of young kids. Ours included. Our room didn’t get a clean . Had to go take our garbage and ask for replacement bags. Came in from very wet cold game and went to get the coffee supplied at front . It was lukewarm ,front end staff said come back in 15 and she was making more . Went back twice , no coffee. Landscaping needs major clean up . Breakfast was super busy , only skinny garbage cans for plates, cups,cutlery . Overflowed . Did like the overall decor and quiet location . Close to many stores.

Our keys didn’t work so I had to go back and have them redone. No direct contact to the desk unless he went down room was not clean hairs in the bedding and one sitting chair was absolutely filthy on the arms room was extremely cold. Tried the furnace set it to 75° and the air conditioner was still working so we froze all night not a great experience.

Room was what I needed, bed wasn’t super comfy, shower was great, amenities were good. No coffee in room but available 24hours a day in lobby- in the morning I trekked down to the lobby in my pajamas to get a couple cups🙊 Staff experience was very transactional and most times the front desk staff were on their cell phones looking very bored. If I am back in the city I will probably try a different hotel.

Room was clean and spacious. Would be good if room amenities can be improved such as including electric kettle with coffee and tea bags. Satisfied with the included breakfast which was simple but enough.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and a good complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, and the common areas were well maintained. My only complaint was that the beds were quite firm, which made sleeping a little less comfortable. Overall, a great stay and good value for the price.

Rooms were very unclean. First room that shower had a terrible bad odour. Switched to another room it was dirty in the corner of the floors, dirty floor of the shower, something spilled and dried on the table. 3rd room we were put in same had dirty floors and when I checked the bed lots of dirt and grime between the bed and frame. I had to have an early am surgery otherwise I would have tried to get my money back and switch hotels. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful though which was nice.

I would have given this an excellent but the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 10:30 am and I was on a zoom call. When I didn't answer she jusy walked in. I mentioned it to the front desk staff upon checkout just to let them know. I worked in hospitality for many years, so I realized that there may have been a miscommunication about checkouts.So it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and loved the modern feel. I will be booking there for any other stay I have in edmonton. :)
