It takes forever just to get an elevator. The lifts are incredibly slow, and the waiting time can easily exceed 15 minutes. They only gave me one key card, and when I asked for an extra, I was told they had run out of key cards. To make matters worse, the key card suddenly stopped working, so I had to go all the way back to reception to get it fixed. Then I had to wait for the elevator again. My room is on the 47th floor, so you can imagine how frustrating the whole experience has been. This level of service is really disappointing and not what I expected.
