The room was comfortable and spacious, enough for two children. It's also close to everything and easy to access. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room needs maintenance and upgrades, it looks like it's not well maintained. The wall under the table has a huge black mold. The balcony door glass is also moldy. There are still people near the refrigerator. Hotel slippers are not provided, but the floor is dusty and not very clean. There are hairs on the pillow, small red stains on the pillow and other stains on the mattress and blanket. Sleeping is uncomfortable. Only the toilet is better, overall not as good as expected.

The elevator was uncomfortable, dropping so low that my child was traumatized and afraid of elevators. The lights almost went out three times.

The hotel rooms are good and well maintained, the staff are friendly.

Overall, everything was okay, although I had to pay double because I checked in at 3 a.m. and continued until the next day. They said it was the hotel's policy that check-in starts at 3 p.m. But that's okay, the hotel was comfortable and clean. Thank you Square Hotel. Oh yeah, there's also a coffee shop and lots of food stalls downstairs, so just take the elevator down. Next time I come here again.

Had to check in at exactly 2:00 PM. Greeted by cockroaches (greeted by dead cockroaches in the room). Old building. Gym equipment is mostly broken. Towels need to be renewed. Quiet. Finding coffee and food is easy because outside the apartment is a busy campus area. Comfortable room. Secure parking area. Easy to access. Clean swimming pool.

I stayed in an executive room with my family, but the staff forced us, not advised, to add an extra bed because we were considered overbooked, citing hotel policy. Is there really such a policy? The facilities are excellent: clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I vacationed in Surabaya with my children. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Food was easily found in the two supermarkets downstairs from the hotel, as well as at local vendors. I simply crossed the hall to the PCU campus to check where my children were studying.
