Clean rooms, okay breakfast, good service.

The room is a bit cramped but clean enough and the service is friendly.

Initially, we got a hot room, but the receptionist quickly helped us change rooms.

Frankly, this is my 5th stay at this hotel because the breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is not heated, even though the room is small and clean. However, today I stayed I had to ask for a change of room because there was trash under the window and I was very disappointed that the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet foot was very dirty, the sink was dirty, the dashboard still had food residue, under the sink and behind the toilet was full of hair and dust. Oh my God, I was really surprised how a 4-star hotel could be this dirty. Even though the service is good, the other receptionists still need customer service training.

Service & staff are excellent. Need improvement for alcohol/cocktail drinks and meal options at the skylounge rooftop and also the breakfast option, to accommodate international guests/tourists. Relaxing while watching the sunset & enjoying the beautiful night lights view at the hotel after sightseeing all day would be perfect, less inconvenient than finding alternatives elsewhere.

Friendly service, pretty good food, although it turns out the room is not very spacious even for a deluxe room.

The receptionist service was terrible. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. The air conditioner was noisy and dirty.

The staff are very friendly, always greeting us when we meet in the elevator, entrance, and area according to 4-star hotel standards. The overall facilities are complete, great. But if possible, the gym facilities will be equipped with more back and leg muscles, and provide 1 washcloth + soapy water spray for the mat/superbench after use (sometimes it smells a bit like sweat after use).

I stayed at this hotel during high season, so I could tolerate a check-in time that was about 30 minutes late. However, there were a few things that were quite disappointing during my stay. Upon arrival, towels were missing and I had to wait for them. The toilet paper in the room also appeared to be poorly replenished, as there were very few. Furthermore, the sink and drain in the bathroom were not functioning properly. After I used it to wash my face, the water immediately pooled and was very slow to drain. When I showered, the water almost overflowed the bathroom area, requiring the next person to wait for the water to recede before using the bathroom. The swimming pool facilities were also less than comfortable. When I arrived in my swimsuit and intended to swim, both the adult and children's pools were filled with balls and very crowded with children, so I ultimately decided against it. Overall, my stay was less than satisfactory, as some of the facilities and services did not meet my expectations.

I've stayed at Arthama three times and always loved the service from the moment we arrived until we left. The pool is also welcoming. The only downside is the breakfast menu, which lacks variety. Luckily, there's an omelette to save the day. Oh yeah, one more thing: the food at the restaurant on the 18th floor is very slow to serve. I ordered meatballs when they were ready. Overall, it's good, with the only downsides being the breakfast and the restaurant.
