Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, the bedsheets have lots of yellow stains, there are lipstick marks on the mouthwash cup in the toilet (not the one we used). Please pay more attention to things like that, it's very dirty.

This is my first time staying at the Zuri Hotel and I really liked the room. It's quite spacious. The view is straight out to the Palembang Icon Mall. The bathroom is quite spacious. The soap and shampoo smell good. There are lots of breakfast options.

The pool has a nice view of the LRT, you can see the train, the pool water is very salty, you have to swim with your eyes closed, you can't open your eyes. If you open your eyes while swimming, they feel sore
