Perfect stay in Osaka, superb location, kindly smile and service. Room and food amazing.

Overall, the hotel is good, I would like to stay again... The problem is that the check-out time is very fast.

The rooms are cleaned and have air purifier in each room. We opted for connecting rooms for 5 pax. Breakfast was nice and quite a variety to choose from. They have the 24hr drinks available at level 1. Can microwave after getting food from the Family Mart.

Really good experience to stay in Karaksa Hotel, location was strategic near from Dotonbori shopping center and street food, the room was nice and cozy, one more thing we can refill beverages at vending machine (coffee, tea, chocolate and soft drink also).

There are free drinks and the micro oven is very helpful when it's cold.

Convenient location, 5 minutes to Dotonburi area, there are restaurants around. The hotel serves free drinks and snacks, every time I'm too tired from walking, I come back to the hotel to rest and get soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, my family really likes it. The room is spacious, has a small sofa, a king size bed, but the toilet is a bit small, no bath tub. But the separation between the toilet and the bath room is ok, saving waiting time. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and especially there is a place to weigh luggage.

I really really love this hotel so much. If I go back to osaka again, no doubt I will stay in this hotel. The room is very clean, the breakfast was surprisingly good! Everytime I go overseas, I always hesitate to book a room in a hotel with bfast. But this hotel has it all❤️ Thankyou karaksa, my holiday is perfect !

11/10, very recommended place to stay, near dotonbori, clean room and awesome shower. Also the western staff are amazing, she gave my daughter a slipper. thanks, will come back next time.
