Great location

Nice stay

Fantastic location - minutes away from Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi, Amerura, and Namba Yasaka Shrine. So many shops and food choices - Family Mart literally 2 mins away. Great transport links - Namba & Shinsaibashi stations both within walking distance. Connecting rooms really convenient for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Effective air con, powerful showers, plenty of charging plug points, mini-fridge. Lounge on ground floor where you can sit and relax with complimentary snacks and 24 hour cold and hot drinks - very generous. 2x coin-operated washer dryers. Breakfast buffet consisted of mixture of Japanese/Asian & Western dishes - staff always smiling and helpful. Minuses - lack of hanging space in rooms (no drawers or wardrobes, just hangers on rail), rooms slightly musty, laundry still damp despite using dryer.

Only complaint - the room was tight. Otherwise great value with breakfast included, tons of amenities, the machine-made matcha latte was excellent, some of the snacks were very useful and tasty as well, and the location is excellent also. Staff is also very courteous and helpful. Overall, excellent experience!

Hotel stay was wonderful, plus a convenient location to everything you need and want to explore! Staff were amazing and the welcome drinks and snacks were nice. Loved staying here!

The Staffs were great the location is really good the only issues I have is that there was only 2 laundry machines and one was broken during our stay and also we stayed in July which was quite hot and the ac wasn’t cold

The washing machines didn’t work, one of the elevators was under construction, so it only worked half the time. The staff was not too friendly, but overall, it was OK. The location was convenient..

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel karaksa hotel Osaka Namba last week. The room was very nice and the hotel offered good amenities for their guests. I only wish they had washer/dryers that could be programmed to dry only as our clothing was still very damp when we used and we had to go to an external washer/dryer facility in Osaka to completely dry. We also experienced some minor issues with the ice machine. Overall - it was a conveniently located hotel with clean rooms.

The hotel in general was really good. The staff were amazing, and we really liked the variety of the food. The room was fine, but our main complaint was the air conditioning. Even though we set it to 20 degrees it was still very hot to sleep at night.

The hotel is in a very convenient location while offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It features a spacious lobby with complimentary drinks and snacks available 24 hours a day. The breakfast is excellent value for money, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Osaka. The location was excellent—convenient to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax after a full day of exploring. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the property. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay.
