Hotel was new and clean. They offered daily housekeeping which seems unusual now - most hotels seem to do housekeeping less frequently or only on request. Pool and sauna were nice, but the hot tub was out of service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant menu could be better

The hotel was nicely renovated. Staff were very friendly. Gym and swimming pool was used every day. Hotel was in a perfect location. Thank you fir the amazing experience Hotel AC Monteal!

Perfect as always

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Montreal and it’s always so clean. Beautiful rooms and no better location! So close to everything.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, robes for the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Got a call when we got up to make sure everything was to our expectations. Indoor parking lot has alot of space too. Second time visiting in a year, will be back.

Excellent stay!! Staff was happy and polite, the hotel and the room were really clean, the restaurant was really good, walking distance to everything.

The last night we stayed there, the faucet wasn’t working properly and coffee maker wasn’t functioning.

Staff very helpful, from cleaning people to reception. Nice pool. Nice spacious room, and the hotel is very well located, to go to centre des congre`s, Old Montreal, or Place des arts, and Ste-Catherine street. Lots of restaurants nearby .

Central and within walking distance of everything. Great coffee and very comfy beds. Lived the high ceilings!

The toilet and shower in this suite are where the closet would typically be, and vice versa. However, both the toilet and shower room ‘doors’ don’t go all the way up to the ceiling. So others in your suite will hear bathroom noises. Be warned if you’re planning a romantic getaway.

I’ve had the most pleasant stay at AC Hotel Centre-Ville thanks to Adam. He is polite, attentive to details and made sure we could enjoy our stay to the fullest; extra towels, water bottles and bathrobes, indoor parking. Guiding us through every step, he took the time to explain to us all the services that were provided or could be added to our reservation. Thank you Adam for your kindness! I live in Montreal and I was really proud to have my friends stay over from Quebec City and visit me in such a nice, modern and confortable setting. Everything was perfect. We’ll be back!
