AMAZING STAFF AND HOTELL WILL COME BE EVERYTIME

I booked a special Mother’s Day stay at the AC Hotel Downtown Montreal for my girlfriend, our 3-month-old baby, and myself, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I specifically booked a King room with a full bathroom, but the bathroom was split into two very small sections, with a tiny shower separated from the toilet area. It was not what I expected based on the booking. I immediately called the front desk and spoke with Adam to request a room change because this was clearly not the room I booked. I explained that we came for a special occasion with our newborn baby, but I was told there were no other rooms available. The noise throughout the night was also terrible. People were loud in the hallways for hours, and there was constant noise coming from upstairs despite us being on the 10th floor. This hotel seems much more suited for a younger crowd looking for nightlife rather than families trying to relax. I had also requested a baby crib before arrival, but it was missing when we got to the room and I had to call the front desk again. We were also missing bathrobes and slippers, and the coffee station barely had enough coffee pods and no milk. The only positive part of the stay was the pool. Honestly, we were happy to leave the next morning. I would not recommend this hotel for families unless you call ahead and confirm the exact room and amenities you booked.

Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. Location makes it easier to explore downtown and old Montreal.

Weird room layout, but otherwise liked it and would stay agsin

We booked this hotel for access to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was entirely closed the last day of our stay, and the staff member who brought us towels when we asked for pool towels was oddly hostile. Some of the staff were lovely and friendly, but overall the stay felt very mediocre. Additionally, elevators are extremely slow, and guests are extremely loud during check out, making it hard to sleep in.

Parking was not included! Bathrooms were horrible. Wouldn't come here again

Hotel was great. Pool is lovely (just make sure to bring your towel as there isn’t any at the pool). Employees were friendly. It’s a great central location hotel with extremely comfortable beds. They also have parking (at an extra fee) but very helpful if driving. If you haven’t been, I’d recommend trying it :)

Perfect Place to stay. Ideally located, as everything was a walking distance in Downtown. Only issue I had there which was resolved super quickly was the plumbing, a man came up and finished fixing it within minutes.

Very good hotel

Overall a very good hotel at a prime downtown location. Close to notre-dame, Chinatown, and old port. The parking has EV charger. Swimming pool and hot tub is always a plus. The room is clean but the layout is a bit inconvenient since the toilet, shower stall and the sink are separated with individual access. Good for couple but not for family. Maybe there are other options. Overall it is a highly recommended hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Montreal.
