I've stayed here twice. The first time was pleasant, so I ended up coming back. But maybe I was just unlucky, the second time I got a noisy AC, it seemed like there was a problem with the AC fan. I woke up at 2 AM because the AC was so noisy. Finally, I called the reception and a technician came to the room to fix it. After it was fixed, it was a bit better, but it was still noisy. I actually wanted to ask to move rooms, but I didn't want the noise and was really sleepy, so I decided to just sleep. Hopefully the AC has been fixed, because it's a shame this hotel is actually comfortable, strategic location, friendly staff, and the food is okay, it's just a shame the AC needs to be replaced.

The hotel is very close to the shopping center and is environmentally friendly, and the hotel staff are friendly and talkative.

I enjoyed my stay here. I'll probably stay here again with my family. Thank you for the experience.

This was my first time staying here. The receptionist was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. The AC was cool and the hot water was good. The only downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, so you could still hear your neighbors' voices. Otherwise, it was fine, and the location is very strategic for those shopping at Tunjungan Plaza. This is the perfect accommodation for you, and the price is definitely worth it.

The hotel is very comfortable. It's close to the center of the city, close to culinary spots, and the staff are very friendly.

It's quite comfortable, but unfortunately, there's not enough space for motorbike parking and it's poorly organized. Furthermore, the bathrooms lack showers for prayer.
