I stayed at this hotel with my family because of a recommendation from a close relative and its central location. Even though it was just a transit stop for our return trip, we really enjoyed our time here. At first, I thought it wouldn't be suitable for families because it's a business hotel, but we really felt comfortable staying here, especially since the food was perfect for my picky kids. I've completed the hotel's internal questionnaire. Overall, the exterior and reception area need to be better designed to avoid a shabby and dull feel. The lighting in the front office and front office should be brighter to avoid a gloomy/dark feel. Increase social media marketing. Bekizaar Hotel offers excellent location, a quiet location, and proximity to the business district, culinary scene, and Tunjungan Street.
