Overall, everything is satisfactory.. The staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the water heater is quite good, the AC is cold. Right across from TP, although it turns out you have to go to the pedestrian bridge first. If you are lazy to cross, there are lots of fast food next door, just walk a short distance. I don't know about breakfast, chose a room without breakfast because I deliberately went culinary since morning. Next time I go to Surabaya, Bekizaar Hotel will be on my top list of choices ☺️

The hotel is very strategically located in front of Tunjungan Plaza and close to everything. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. There's a cafe in front, which is really nice to sit around. I forgot to take a photo, and if I ever go back to Surabaya, I'd definitely stay at this hotel. The staff are also friendly, including the security guards, who are friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is in the city center and directly across from Tunjungan Plaza. I checked in at 9:00 PM and the staff was very friendly. I requested a twin bed room and the room was very comfortable, although there was an issue with the AC not being able to turn on due to a problem with the AC remote, but it was handled well by the technician team. What I liked most was the buffet for breakfast, honestly the food was really delicious 😍. Recommended to stay here 👐
