The location is strategic, the hotel staff and security are all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean. The mall is in front of the hotel, and next to it are rows of eateries, and you can also hang out at the hotel's street food stalls. A stay at the Bekizaar Hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and from the moment I got out of the taxi, they immediately helped me carry my luggage to my room. Check-in was also quick. I was offered a taxi to the airport for only Rp 160,000, all-inclusive. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was varied, and there was a street food stall in the hotel courtyard, so you could hang out directly overlooking the TP 1 mall, directly across the street. It's close to Jalan Tunjungan, the center of the nightlife, so I was looking for a place close by. Very satisfied.

I've stayed here twice. The first time was pleasant, so I ended up coming back. But maybe I was just unlucky, the second time I got a noisy AC, it seemed like there was a problem with the AC fan. I woke up at 2 AM because the AC was so noisy. Finally, I called the reception and a technician came to the room to fix it. After it was fixed, it was a bit better, but it was still noisy. I actually wanted to ask to move rooms, but I didn't want the noise and was really sleepy, so I decided to just sleep. Hopefully the AC has been fixed, because it's a shame this hotel is actually comfortable, strategic location, friendly staff, and the food is okay, it's just a shame the AC needs to be replaced.

This was my first time staying here. The receptionist was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. The AC was cool and the hot water was good. The only downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, so you could still hear your neighbors' voices. Otherwise, it was fine, and the location is very strategic for those shopping at Tunjungan Plaza. This is the perfect accommodation for you, and the price is definitely worth it.
