The location is very strategic, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the space is sufficient. On the first floor, noise can still be heard from outside the room, the room next door, and from outside the hotel. Better soundproofing would be a plus!

Located near a popular mall in Surabaya. Easy to find the road, lots of local food around, and the staff is very friendly. In front of the hotel, there is a relaxing area for local food. Need more upgrades for cleanliness because I found hair in my room when checking in.
