Not soundproof. The exhaust sound lasted all night until morning, making it impossible to rest at all. The bathroom smelled damp. The AC also smelled bad.

I've completed the hotel's internal questionnaire. Overall, the exterior and reception area need to be better designed to avoid a shabby and dull feel. The lighting in the front office and front office should be brighter to avoid a gloomy/dark feel. Increase social media marketing. Bekizaar Hotel offers excellent location, a quiet location, and proximity to the business district, culinary scene, and Tunjungan Street.
