Located near a popular mall in Surabaya. Easy to find the road, lots of local food around, and the staff is very friendly. In front of the hotel, there is a relaxing area for local food. Need more upgrades for cleanliness because I found hair in my room when checking in.

Clean bed and sheets. Comfortable room. Cool AC. Friendly staff. Affordable, but not cheap (especially in the city center). Some improvements are needed: the TV was a bit choppy. There were two drain flies in the bathroom.

The first night I stayed, I couldn't sleep because it was so noisy. Someone was moving chairs and tables, I don't know who. I called the receptionist at 3 a.m., but they didn't stop. The next day, I asked to move rooms, and finally, I wasn't bothered anymore 😔

The hotel's location is strategic, just a short walk to the airport. The hotel is clean, and although the rooms are small, they're still okay. The service is friendly, and you can leave frozen food in the freezer. It's the best.

The staff were very friendly, and we were greeted in every corridor, making us feel comfortable in the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and very pleasant, but for room 503, please replace or service the AC because the AC was not cold enough, I had difficulty sleeping at night because I felt hot.

The hotel's strategic location, across the street from Tunjungan Plaza Mall, makes it perfect for both leisure and business trips. The staff is friendly, and there's a street food stall right in front of the hotel, so you won't have to worry if you're hungry at night. Unfortunately, the room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear the activity in the adjoining room.
