The cleanliness was excellent and very pleasant, but for room 503, please replace or service the AC because the AC was not cold enough, I had difficulty sleeping at night because I felt hot.

The hotel's strategic location, across the street from Tunjungan Plaza Mall, makes it perfect for both leisure and business trips. The staff is friendly, and there's a street food stall right in front of the hotel, so you won't have to worry if you're hungry at night. Unfortunately, the room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear the activity in the adjoining room.
