The hotel is very strategically located in front of Tunjungan Plaza and close to everything. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. There's a cafe in front, which is really nice to sit around. I forgot to take a photo, and if I ever go back to Surabaya, I'd definitely stay at this hotel. The staff are also friendly, including the security guards, who are friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. However, I happened to get a smoking room. The room was quite clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and there was a constant dripping sound. Not to mention the annoying noise from the room next door (a group of girls) that was still giggling until 2 a.m., like the sound of chairs shifting.
