My first experience staying in Surabaya was pleasant, the room was clean, the breakfast menu was varied, and it was close to the station and Unair.

Cons: No window shades, no hair dryer, the toilet wasn't very clean and still had stains. The room's furnishings were old, so it looked dusty. The restaurant wasn't very responsive in refilling food after it ran out. Pros: Comfortable room size, strategic location and great view, great staff, quick check-in and check-out without a long wait. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. Thank you all for a comfortable three-night stay at the Sahid Hotel.

The service is good and friendly, but it's a shame that yesterday I got a room with smelly bed sheets 😔 The blanket smells good, the room is also clean, it's just a shame that the bed sheets don't seem to be cleaned properly.

Very near the Gubeng Station, just a 3-minute walk and near a shopping mall. Old building hotel with a big parking area, but still a nice one though. The frontliners were friendly, the room quite vintage, the linens were clean but show that they've been used for ages, need to be replaced with new ones. Had one nice sleep here despite the story I heard from others 😆

The location is strategic, close to the station & Surabaya Plaza also Grand City, you can also walk to Zangrandi, happy to stay here.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay here because my son loves trains. So we always ask for a room with a train view. The facilities are great. However, the breakfast menu doesn't seem as comprehensive as last year. Hopefully, there will be improvements next year, especially the breakfast menu. The service is friendly, and luggage can be stored safely even after checking out.

A hotel like this costs around 200,000 Rupiah. In Malang, Batu, a hotel like this costs around 800,000 Rupiah. You can hear the sound of trains all the time. If you're tired, it's easy to fall asleep. You can find breakfast around the station, like duck rice for 10,000 Rupiah, and other dishes like cilok (chicken soup).

The location is very close to Gubeng Station, only a few dozen meters away, making it a convenient walk to and from the station. So far, I've had no complaints about my stay here.

Legend Hotel but not inferior to new hotels. Although the furniture is old model but still Ok everything, just need to be repaired towels & bed cover because it has changed color. The room is quite spacious with a pretty good city view, only the occasional train sound is quite annoying at first, after a while it doesn't bother you because you get used to it. Cold AC, complete amenities with hot and cold shower. Friendly staff, CI doesn't take long. For the top markotop location because it is only a walk to Gubeng Station, Plaza Surabaya, Alun-alun, Tunjungan Plaza, Grahadi State Building, City Hall, Culinary Center Jl. Tunjungan, etc. For food there are lots of variations even though based on rumors that this hotel will be sold & the taste of the food is delicious, including: White Rice, Fried Rice, Fried Vermicelli, Vegetables, Seasoned Tofu and Tempeh, Seasoned Chicken, Crackers, Spaghetti, Gado-gado, Chicken Porridge, Lontong Balap, Omelette, Crunch Milk, Snacks, Wedangan, Fruits and many others. Continued success for Sahid & don't forget to always improve.

Perfect for solo travelers or families. Overall, the front desk and other staff were super helpful and friendly. Even though I checked in late because the train didn't arrive until early morning, the receptionist was quick and checked me in without any fuss. The room and amenities were complete, and the bed was comfortable and quite spacious. Although there were a few stains on the curtains and sheets, they were fine because they were small and seemed old, not unwashed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. You can choose from a variety of menus if you're bored with rice. Overall, thank you, Sahid Surabaya, for having us.

This was my first time staying at the Sahid Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is strategic, especially for those who only have a short commute to Gubeng Station. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. The AC was cool, and the hot water worked well. The air conditioning was also cool.

We stayed at the Sahid and had a room with a city view. Overall, the room was very comfortable, although the TV channel selection was limited and our sink was clogged, but it was okay. The food was quite tasty and varied. It's just a short walk from Gubeng Station. The front entrance also helps prevent the passing of food trucks.

From all sides also price and facilities, highly recommended.
