Sadly, I did not stay at this property. Before arriving, I called 3 times and sent an email to ask about an early check in. No answer. Took a taxi to come in person to ask directly at 8:30am. Stood at the locked door for 5 minutes after pressing the bell repeatedly. No one at the front desk. Returned at 7pm to let them know I was not staying. Rang the bell. Again, no one there. Do they have certain hours for the front desk? Ended up staying at Hotel Oro Verde just down the street where the staff always greets you and asks to take your luggage.

The lady was nice, and the room was clean. Our issue was that they did not accept our Capital one card and we had to pay in cash.

Perform the review and care of the bathtub, check the cabinets since they were with moisture in room 209

Pleasant reception at the front desk. Room had no soap or shampoo products in the shower, and no glasses available. Window blinds were stained, not pretty. Breakfast was mediocre.

The internet doesn’t work in the rooms, the hair dryer didn’t work either, the parking is very far from the main lobby

Staff was nice but i had to go around the hotel to find a person around.

La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a cloro, no tenía toallas y el control del televisor no servía. Las sábanas de las almohadas estaban con manchas amarillas y no había ni calefacción y un teléfono. El precio del hotel es muy bajo, pero no lo vale.

The hotel smelled great. One has to eat breakfast early, otherwise at 8:30 there is not to much variety.

It’s a good place if you want to save money. It has the basic features that you need for staying a couple of nights: WiFi, a clean and comfortable room and is five dollars away from the airport.

This was a trip by my wife and I to visit a government office. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and staff made sure we were comfortable and had any/all questions answered. Service was superb. No problems attending our meeting as our stay was comfortable and hotel organized.

I call them 12 hours in advance trying to re confirm my reservation even that when I arrive at the Hotel my reservation was not available. The hotel was full. Even that the person in the front desk help us giving us options.

Terrible service, they don't have a 24 hour reception so if you want to park your car after 10pm you can't.. we had to wait more than 30 min for someone to open the door for us.. we waited in the rain and cold and the next day no one even apologize. They don't warn you about this on the check in. Also I found hairs on my pillow the first night we arrive which means they don't change the linens between guests.the room also had a funny smell it came from the sink next to the fridge. Overall it was a bad experience I will never come back there and I don't recommend people to stay there. Oh also the day I arrive they didn't respect the price that was book on the website they charge me extra and when I wanted to pay with credit card they said they will charge 10% more for using the card. So I had to pay cash.

When I checked into hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful, had a Bi-Lingual speaking person at front desk which was great since I speak very little Spanish. I confirmed that they did have TV in room but I forgot to ask if it had English channels which I found it did not. I went back to check-in counter and stated I would like a refund I wanted to have TV in English. The Staff contacted the owner who came and spoke with me and once he heard my request and why he could not of been more gracious and helpful, not only did he give me back my refund he found us another nice hotel ( Engish channels) and even got us a taxi to take. us there. The owner stated that he has ordered Direct TV which is the cable you need to have English channels. He was very pleasant and also told us of other upgrades he had done and is planning.l look forward to staying here on my next visit to Cuenca.. Lovely hotel in great location.

Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Creo que necesita más personal, mejorar la calidad del desayuno… pero es un lugar adecuado para dormir en Cuenca.
