Hotel was excellent, but if you decide to take the breakfast, reconsider it with the price, and there wasn't any buffet, more like MBG but healthier.

A fire broke out on August 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM. There was no receptionist on standby in the lobby, and the warnings weren't fully understood. I felt uneasy and worried.

It's good and recommended for those on holiday and want to shop for souvenirs because the access is only on foot, close and you're there.

Three days before my stay, I had already stayed here for 1 night. Coincidentally, I was going to Penang for medical treatment, so I stayed here again when I returned. This was my 3rd stay here and I was a bit disappointed because at check-in I booked 2 rooms because I brought children. Well, I was given a room far from the children, then some of the facilities were broken. So I asked for a change because I paid, so I have the right to use what I paid for. But it was very complicated, I waited almost 2 hours to get a room. And it turned out that the first one was said to be full, but it turned out there were available and my room and the children were not far apart, only between 3 rooms. It turns out that being a visitor has to be tough and firm so we can get what is rightfully ours... But honestly, the receptionist was also helpful so at least it didn't make me disappointed for a long time 😁. Fully recommended for visitors who want to stay here because of the close access for vacations while in KL and want to visit tourist attractions.

This is my second stay here, as I also stayed here two months prior to my trip to KL. It's closer to shopping, as it's near the souvenir market, and the train line is also close, so I prefer it. They also let me store my luggage, as I was going on to Penang and returning in three days, so I left my other luggage at the hotel free of charge. Thank you.

The staff reception was very fast and provided a 5-star experience. The place is opposite Chinatown, with a 7-Eleven nearby. However, it might need maintenance. The bathroom was not clean enough.

A strategically located hotel, but the entrance is from the side, as it's located on the 5th floor of a cluster of shophouses. Overall, it's very good.

Spacious and tidy room, well soundproof. My feedback is, they can put a big/long mirror in the room, as some people need it. And an additional table or change it into a long table at least.

Everything is okay, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, what I like most is that there is no deposit required, free refill of drinking water, and there is an iron too.

There was an Indian female receptionist who was very friendly and helpful at check-in and when I asked to change rooms to be closer to each other for two rooms.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward. The rooms were always kept tidy. Overall, everything was fine. I'll definitely be back again, as long as the prices don't go up, hehehe.

The hotel is quite nice and reasonably priced, close to Petaling Street, Pasar Seni, and plenty of dining options. However, the lobby is quite far away, requiring stairs, and not suitable for children or the disabled. It's a real hassle.

Comfy and clean. The staff are friendly and responsive. Near 7-Eleven, fast food, and many food options. The security guard is nice and responsive, making it feel very safe.
