The hotel was nice , the rooms were comfortable , the hot tub sauna area was beautiful, under the stars .

Parking was secure. Love the area the hotel is in, quieter and farther away from the train noise that rattles throughout the valley. Bed was comfy. Hot tub area looked great, we did not personaly use. Good value.

nice enough hotel, balcony had a lovely view and everything was comfortable. all staff i interacted with were very kind and the hot pools were very nice as well. unfortunately though i often did not have clean linens or replacement linens after housekeeping. Also they have a “personalized” coffee situation where you order what you’d actually like every day and they leave it in the room for you, but i only had my order brought to the room once out of 6 days. overall nice but not necessarily worth the extra price tag just yet in my opinion.

I loved it

They have done a really nice job with the renovations here. The hot tub area offers lovely views…parking is plentiful, the staff are very pleasant and there are two outdoor patios to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon bites. Everything is still within a 15 minute walk of the main action on Banff Ave. the fresh tea and coffee selection for the rooms and pour over coffee apparatus is a nice touch too!

The best mountain view was actually from the hot tub area. Based on our experience, there is no need to book a mountain-view room, as the room view may only be partial or obstructed.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly,the room was clean.And everything was comfortable . Easy access to all the tourist spots. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Otter Hotel and had a great experience. The views were beautiful and one of the highlights of the stay. The location was also very convenient, close to downtown Banff, making it easy to get around, explore shops, restaurants, and everything the town has to offer while still feeling relaxed and scenic.

A good place to stay with hot tub and Mountain View. However, there are quite a few things made me disappointed with $500 per night in a superior room. when I get in the room, there was lots of tea spill over under the tray and didn’t being clean up. The heating machine was too loud and we can’t get into sleep very well. The other day in the morning, no hot water for shower. Body wash didn’t fill up as well.

Lovely hotel, with a beautiful hot tub and lounging area. Our room was spacious and well thought out. Staff was excellent. I do wish there were individual reading lights at the bedside though.

Our whole stay was amazing. Room was so clean. Location of the hotel was so handy to get to the downtown area. Parking filled up quickly but was very accessible. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful property. Conveniently located. You can take the bus or walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants and gift shops are. Hot tubs were beautiful and gym well equipped. Daily complimentary coffee was a bonus! Lady at the front desk with blonde help was super helpful with giving us instructions to get around. I had an amazing stay for my 40th birthday!

We had a fantastic stay here, everyone was so nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. I love how they use Rocky Mountain Co. In their rooms, it smells delightful! The front desk is super friendly and when we brought up our concerns they did say that they were still training a lot of their staff. They do need to improve on their linens and laundry, they do not use duvet covers but sandwich them between two flat sheets and the bottom sheet is also a flat sheet! So when we got into bed the first night everything lifted off the base mattress at once and seeing a bare hotel mattress with stains and all… it was gross. It would be nice if they used king pillows in their king suites. We also booked a king superior suite but on check in we were told we got upgraded to a…. King superior suite! It’s really a non issue but good to know. We came out for my birthday and they hand delivered a chocolate cake and a voucher for Good Folk down stairs (such an amazing restaurant!) so where there was service it was exceptional and we will be back to stay at their sister hotel Canoe and Suites.
