This hotel is located in the heart of Pekanbaru. I stayed for work and staycation at the same time. The view from the gym was fantastic. I can see my kids clearly from the gym while I'm on the treadmill. Bravo for the outdoor view 👌.

Stayed here for three nights, and it was awesome! This was my second time, and it was definitely satisfying. The service was top-notch, the staff were super friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well taken care of. Highly recommend! Plus, it’s in a super convenient location with plenty of food spots just a short walk away.

The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are very helpful and have excellent service. The hotel location is strategic. Suitable for a weekend getaway so you can spend time on the road and looking for parking. Clean room. Wide. Clean carpet. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. The food is delicious and the portions are large if you order dinner at night. The price is commensurate with the taste. The breakfast was all delicious.

The location was somehow quite close to the city centre, yet the hotel's security system was good, as it was located in an area you may call an upperclass residential area, which the only access from/to hotel must be passing the portal, the security guard inspection, and a parking system. However, the hotel guest(s) could ask for a free parking at the receptionist. Speaking of the service, the hotel's staff were really polite, kind, helpful, and professional, from security guard(s), receptionist(s), the chef(s), even to the cleaning staff(s). I enjoyed the breakfast the hotel was serving a lot, they were so varied and tasty. I was also personally enjoying the gym, sauna, and swimming pool that had already included, as the hotel's facilities. Since I'm a gym rat myself, I gotta say that the gym machine(s) and facilities are somehow complete for continuing your workout routines. There were cardio machines, lat-pull, schmidt, bench and/or machines chest press, shoulder press, leg extension, leg press, cable fly, varied size of dumbbells, plates, and many more. It has also a quite big hall for you to do dance, yoga, and/or zumba, with the mat(s) provided. The gym was also provided us with sauna, in-gym bathroom, lockers, towel, and mineral water. Yet the swimming pool wasn't disappointing us either. No wonder they decided to open their gym membership to the public. Talking about the room, it was very spacious, cleaned, even the in-room bathroom facilities were good. Although the price was somehow affordable, this hotel gave you everything what a staycation asked for. In conclusion, this hotel was beyond my expectations. As I wrote this review, I have no negative feedback towards this hotel. Keep up the good work! 💪🏼😎

It's the first time I came to Pekanbaru and stayed at Grand Hawaii Hotel. It has excellent service, good rate, good room, good breakfast and one important things is a good location. I recommending this hotel to stay a while at Pekanbaru. I think if I come again to Pekanbaru, I will stay again at Grand Hawaii Hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru. The hotel was very comfortable, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—it's close to the city center, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions and access local amenities. What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. They were always ready to help and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I was very happy, the price offered was very affordable, I had a comfortable experience. The atmosphere in this hotel brings nostalgia to my childhood, often seeing this hotel model on TV in the 90s, the room design and furniture are still vintage but balanced with modern electronics such as new AC, new refrigerator and new TV. The staff is friendly and responsive, I haven't tried the swimming pool because I only stayed 2 nights and I had a lot of activities. Maybe another time.

Grand Hawaii Hotel
