The Merlion is a legendary icon visited by travellers to Singapore. The lion head depicts the folklore of Prince Sang Nila Utama’s discovery of lion (singa) and city (pura), while the fish tail symbolises the fishing village of Temasek, also known as sea town in Javanese.

Really good place, you get a souvenir if you come to inside, it's tell us story about Merlion symbol of singapore and you can see all the sentosa island from the top of the Sentosa Merlion mount and head

The attraction offered us a movie and a spot to see singapore centra business district for far. It was great. Also I exchanged my ticket for a token of luck from Merlion, it was unexpectedly bringing us lots of fortune
