[Fireworks Venue Group Seating Notes]

Paid seating at the fireworks venue is free-seating within the designated area. Staff will guide guests to available seats on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate everyone, please cooperate by sitting close together
All guests occupying a seat, regardless of age, must pay for a ticket
Infants aged 0–5 are not included in the bus transfer or fireworks venue seating. Parents must hold them on their laps during the show
A wristband distributed by the guide or staff is required for entry into the seating area. Wristbands will be checked at the entrance—please wear it at all times. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and entry without a wristband is not permitted. Wristband holders may exit and re-enter the designated area or the venue freely (re-entry is allowed)


[Notes on Fireworks Venue]

Tripods may only be used in front of your own seat, and must not block aisles or obstruct the view of other guests. The height must not exceed 1 meter.
The use of wireless-controlled devices (such as drones, RC cars, etc.), selfie sticks (including extension poles), radios, or any devices emitting radio waves is strictly prohibited.
Umbrellas and parasols are not allowed. In case of rain, please wear a raincoat.

The sightseeing itinerary and arrival times at each location are subject to change based on weather and traffic conditions on the day of the tour. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have travel plans after the tour (such as a flight), please allow at least two hours of buffer time to ensure you can catch your next connection without issue. In principle, the vehicle used for this trip is a large bus with 45 seats. The size of the bus will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group. For groups of 9 or fewer, a Toyota Hiace will be arranged. In this case, the Chinese-speaking driver will also act as the tour leader, and detailed commentary may not be provided. Please strictly adhere to the designated meeting times and the scheduled stop durations at each sightseeing location. To ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary, the tour will not wait for or contact any participants who are late during the trip. We kindly ask that you return to the meeting point on time.
This tour includes a Chinese-speaking guide and provides services in Chinese only. English services are not available.
Each adult may bring one infant (aged 0–5) free of charge. For any additional infants beyond the first, the child fare must be paid.
Infants aged 0–5 do not have an assigned seat on the bus or at the fireworks venue. Parents must hold them on their laps.
Traffic congestion is expected on the return trip, and arrival times may extend into late night hours.
Drop-off is only available at designated locations. If you wish to leave the tour at Ocean Expo Park, please indicate your request in the remarks section at the time of booking, or notify the guide on the day of the tour and sign a release form.
If you need to change the pick-up location, please be sure to send a message to inform customer service two days in advance.
In the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions, a refund will be issued. However, if the bus departs and the fireworks display is canceled for any reason during the trip, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
Bus seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that you may be seated next to other passengers.
Passengers may bring luggage onboard. Each person is limited to one piece of luggage not exceeding 28 inches.
To maintain a clean environment on the bus, passengers who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication before boarding. Please note that if vomiting causes damage or stains inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee may be charged.
