Heping Island Park Heping Island Park is located on the east side of Keelung Port. Badouzi Seaside Park/Wangyou Valley Badouzi is located on the southeast side of Heping Island. It was originally an isolated island in the sea, but later a power plant was built to form a peninsula-shaped nose. The famous Wangyou Valley and Badouzi Seaside Park are also more approachable due to the formation of the peninsula. Wangyou Valley is a V-shaped valley located between Badouzi and Changtanli. The entire valley is covered with green grass and has undulating terrain.
