Not the same as what was advertised
There are no red-marked items in the picture
Not responsible at all. Asked the staff but they were not interested. Very bad. Said there was a change so this is all we got. Like being tricked into buying. Will not buy from travelloka again because it is not the same as what was advertised. Whoever wants to buy, be careful of being tricked.

Booked through travel, got activities for the same price of 390 but paid only 290, super worth it. Arrived around 16.00, the sun wasn't very hot, took beautiful pictures, but went on Mother's Day, the birds were probably full and fed and didn't come down much. Would like to recommend that people who go, go 2-3 hours before closing time because there are a lot of animals. Those who like to play might have to spend a bit longer. The staff looked tired because it was a long holiday, but the service was good, spoke nicely in many places. There was only one alpaca left, not sure if more will come. The cleanliness was okay, the sign might look a bit old.

There are a lot of animals. The staff are cute. The products sold inside are not too expensive. You can walk around and see everything. But unfortunately, there was only one alpaca left. And it looked old, so it looked sad. I asked the staff and they said that all the alpaca had died.

The caretaker gave good advice. There is only one alpaca left. It may not be able to withstand the weather and has died due to age. However, there are other animals at the farm for you to see. The animals are clean and healthy. The place is clean. You can get close to the animals as much as you want. Overall, it is good and enjoyable.

Expected more alpacas, but only found one this time. Disappointed we couldn't interact as before. Another thing I missed was food. There is a coffee shop near the ostrich enclosure and another one near the hobbit huts, but neither serves food. Although there appears to be a "bistro" near the entrance, it is not open. Also, big thanks to the helpful staff who patiently used Google Translate to assist us in a foreign language.

There are very few animals, such as Alpaca, there is only one animal. Overall it looks very depressing. Severely disappointed, been there in October 2021. There are so many animals that I'm fascinated again, but severely disappointed.
