Go on a five-day adventure you won't forget! Follow your professional guide to the mountain ridges surrounding Fairbanks, away from the light pollution and noise of the city. This increases your chances of seeing the marvelous aurora! Keep your camera handy to take stunning photos, or sit back and relax in the cabin while waiting for the northern lights—with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a variety of snacks.

We will take you to explore downtown Fairbanks and visit 2 of the most iconic attractions in the city: Santa Claus House. Stepping into Santa Claus House is like stepping into a fairy tale, where you can send a postcard from the North Pole.

Don't miss the Chena Hot Springs, an unincorporated community in the Fairbanks North Star Borough that is renowned for its hot springs and private resort. Take your time to relax and unwind in the great outdoors. Then, visit the Aurora Ice Museum to learn more about the stunning natural phenomenon. At the end of the tour, you can stop by the ice bar to have an Apple Martini in a cocktail glass made of ice!

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10-15 minutes prior to departure. If the passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point on time and fails to get in touch, it will be deemed as an automatic abandonment of the trip, and there will be no refund or compensation
It is advised to download or print the e-voucher for offline access
For safety reasons, children under 18 may not enter the outdoor natural hot springs pool of Chena Hot Springs, but they may use the indoor pool and hot tub
Please consider your own health condition before accessing Chena Hot Springs. If you choose not to enter Chena Hot Springs for any reason, the admission fee is not refundable
Please arrive at the airport 2 hours prior for domestic flights
On the last day, please book your return flight for after 7:00 am. If you choose more than 1 optional activity, please book your return flight at night
Free airport shuttle drop-off service is provided by the hotel. Please book with your name, room number, number of passengers, and time at the front desk the night before your departure
If you decide to extend your trip, please contact Traveloka Customer Service in advance. If your request is accepted, we will offer applicable package options
For Chena Hot Springs, bathing suits, towel, slippers, and a 50-cent coin (locker rental fee) are required
Santa’s Cabin in the Arctic Village is only open at designated times. If Santa’s Cabin is closed, the visit will instead be to North Pole Town, with no refunds provided
Please take good care of your personal travel documents, passports, air tickets, credit cards, cash, etc. Please carry valuables with you, and do not leave them in the car or entrust others to take care of them. If you lose them, please be responsible for the consequences
The Chena Hot Springs Activity Center has a convenience store. You may choose to dine in the activity centre or at the restaurant
