Since my flight was two days after the purchasing, I went to their office to pick ip the SIM card and they were quite friendly. At the airport in Thailand, the SIM card did not work properly but due to the helpful assistance from the Sim card provider (a store in the airport), they helped me check the phone. I only need to re-insert the Sim Card to make it work. Everything was nice and great. Cheaper than the price in the airport 299 THB)
