All vouchers under the same Traveloka Booking ID must be redeemed at the same time, for the same departure schedule. Unused vouchers passed the selected date will be considered expired.
Seats are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis, and will be assigned directly when boarding the Bell Trans.
Price already includes fuel, toll, parking fees, and taxes.
Passengers traveling to the airport must choose a shuttle schedule that departs at least 2.5 hours before their flights’ departure to allow plenty of time for transport.
Passengers traveling from the airport must check in at Bell Trans’s booth at Terminal 1 (outside Door 8) or Terminal 3 (outside Door 51).
Passengers must bring their Traveloka vouchers to check in and exchange their Traveloka vouchers with a boarding pass from Bell Trans.
Make sure the phone number listed during booking is active, so Bell Trans will be able to contact the passenger.
Passengers are allowed to change their drop-off point during the trip, as long as it is within the specified Bell Trans drop-off points.

Restrictions
Passengers are not allowed to smoke inside the bus.
Passengers are not allowed to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items (e.g. sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs).
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Bell Trans’s vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Bell Trans’s services for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are fully responsible for the consequences resulting from the violations of Bell Trans’s Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
