Big Bird Airport Shuttle Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

1. Big Bird Airport Shuttle price already includes driver, fuel, toll, parking fees, and taxes.
2. The booking code written in the voucher issued by Traveloka is a valid proof for passengers to board the Big Bird Airport Shuttle bus.
3. Big Bird Airport Shuttle will provide services based on the details written in the voucher issued by Traveloka. The voucher also serves as a valid proof for passenger claims in the case of errors by Big Bird Airport Shuttle.
4. Passengers traveling to the airport are required to board the bus at the departure point and time as written in the voucher.
5. Passengers traveling from the airport are allowed to board the bus from any of the available terminals.
6. If the passenger fails to board the bus on the time and location as written in the voucher, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
7. Seats will be assigned directly when boarding the Big Bird Airport Shuttle bus.
8. Passengers are allowed to change their drop-off point during the trip, as long as it is within the specified Big Bird Airport Shuttle drop-off points.
9. If a passenger has successfully booked a seat, proven by the voucher issued by Traveloka, but is unable to acquire a seat on the day of the trip, Big Bird Airport Shuttle is responsible to provide a replacement transportation within the same schedule. Big Bird Airport Shuttle will not charge any extra cost for these changes.
10. Reschedule and refund are not available for Big Bird Airport Shuttle bookings made via Traveloka.
11. Passengers are advised to contact Traveloka should there be any problem with their Big Bird Airport Shuttle bookings.

Restrictions

1. Passengers are forbidden to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odor and/or dangerous items in the Big Bird Airport Shuttle bus. Dangerous items included but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
2. Passengers are not allowed to drive the Big Bird Airport Shuttle bus.
3. Passengers are forbidden to use the Big Bird Airport Shuttle service for criminal or illegal activities.
4. Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from policy violations as mentioned above.
