Passengers must exchange their Traveloka vouchers with DAMRI tickets at their boarding location. Unused vouchers passed the selected date will be considered expired.
The Traveloka voucher can be used for any shuttle bus schedule within the selected date as written on the voucher.
Passengers cannot choose the type of fleet and can only depart with any available one, whether it is a shuttle/medium bus/large bus.
Ticket is subject to seat availability on a first come, first served basis.
Each ticket is only valid a one-way trip for one passenger.
There is no seat reservation on this bus, and passengers can sit on any seat available.
Passengers must arrive at the boarding location min. 15 minutes before departure.
Maximum baggage is 10 kg. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.
Passengers are not allowed to carry animals and illegal items.
DAMRI will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal items. DAMRI will only be responsible for the registered baggage.
In case of mechanical failure or other engine troubles, DAMRI will provide a replacement fleet.
DAMRI will not provide any compensation for passengers falling ill or deceased during the trip.
DAMRI will not provide any compensation for accidents. Any accident claims will become the responsibility of Jasa Raharja (in accordance with UU No. 33/1964).
