Academic Calendar for the 2025/2026 Session for Group A includes schools in the states of Kedah, Kelantan, and Terengganu. The first term will commence on 16 February 2025 and conclude on 28 February 2025, with a total of 10 school days. Following this, the second term will run from 1 March to 31 March 2025, followed by the third term from 1 April to 30 April 2025, and the fourth term ending on 28 May 2025. The total number of school days for the first term is 67 days.

For the first term break, students will be on holiday from 29 May to 9 June 2025 for a duration of 12 days. The second term will begin on 10 June 2025 and end on 30 June 2025, followed by the third term from 1 July to 31 July 2025. The fourth term will take place from 1 August to 31 August 2025, concluding on 11 September 2025. The total number of school days for the second term is also 67 days, with a break scheduled from 12 September to 20 September 2025 for 9 days.

The third term will start on 21 September 2025 and finish on 30 September 2025, followed by the fourth term from 1 October to 31 October 2025. The fifth term will run from 1 November to 30 November 2025, concluding on 18 December 2025. The total number of school days for the third term is 62 days, with the end-of-term holiday from 19 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 lasting 23 days.

Schools in the states of Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan, and Putrajaya

Academic Calendar for the 2025/2026 Session for Group B includes schools in the states of Melaka, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan, and Putrajaya. The first term will commence on 17 February 2025 and conclude on 28 February 2025, with a total of 10 school days. This will be followed by classes from 1 March to 31 March 2025, which will have 20 school days, then from 1 April to 30 April 2025 with 18 days, and finally from 1 May to 28 May 2025, also with 18 days. In total, the first term will consist of 66 school days.

Students will have a break for the first term from 29 May to 9 June 2025, lasting 12 days. The second term will begin on 10 June 2025 and end on 30 June 2025, with 14 school days. This will be followed by classes from 1 July to 31 July 2025, which will have 23 days, and from 1 August to 31 August 2025, with 21 days. The term will conclude on 12 September 2025, maintaining a total of 66 school days for the second term. A break is scheduled from 13 September to 21 September 2025 for 9 days.

The third term will start on 22 September 2025 and finish on 30 September 2025, with 7 school days. This will be followed by classes from 1 October to 31 October 2025, with 20 days, and from 1 November to 30 November 2025, also with 20 days. The term will conclude on 19 December 2025, resulting in a total of 62 school days. The end-of-term holiday will take place from 20 December 2025 to 11 January 2026, lasting 23 days.

The festive holidays for the 2025/2026 session in Malaysia cover several major celebrations with additional leave provisions provided by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM).
