Flight is always the best option because it is fast and there are direct flights to Singapore via the following airlines:

Typically, the one-way ticket price from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore would cost anywhere from MYR 100 to MYR 300 and these would typically come with cabin baggage of about 7-10 kilograms for economy class.
There are also premium economy and business class fares which naturally would include higher baggage allowances, around 30-40 kilograms, and would cost around MYR 400 to MYR 1,000.
Again, do triple-check the policies before you proceed with your bookings to avoid getting left high and dry in the end.
If you are going by car, you can opt to be coming in via Tuas Second Link or via Causeway. Be prepared to be charged to pay for an Autopass and to have your car insurance certificate ready to show.
If you are going by bus, you can either start your journey from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore or take a bus to Johor Bahru first and from Johor Bahru, take another different bus trip to Singapore. Typically the fares are charged from MYR 45 to MYR 100.

As for trains, the travel duration can be stretched but the fare can be cheaper. The fare is around MYR 18 to MYR 135 for a train ride from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore.
Nevertheless, it would be best to be careful during the pandemic, as there could be travel restrictions being imposed and specific guidelines to adhere to, which can change from time to time.

What makes the Marina Bay Sands so unique is the three towers being topped by a SkyPark that is 340-meters long connecting the towers, and accommodating about 3,902 people.
The SkyPark alone impressively holds a 150 meters infinity swimming pool set on top of the large cantilevered platform, said to be the largest in the world. It allows you to enjoy magnificent views of the double helix bridge, the port, the Gardens by the Bay, and the mesmerizing Singapore skyline.
