1. From Central (Hong Kong Island)

Central is a popular departure point, and getting to Disneyland is straightforward. The most efficient method is the MTR. Take the Tung Chung Line from Hong Kong Station and transfer at Sunny Bay for the Disneyland Resort Line. The journey takes about 25–30 minutes and costs around HK$26 (approx. RM14) using an Octopus card. It's a quick ride, and the Disney-themed train adds a fun touch to the trip.

Buses are also available, such as the A11 line, which stops at Lantau Link Toll Plaza, where you can transfer to the R8 bus straight to Disneyland. Expect to spend around HK$47 (RM25) for a 40–50 minute journey. Taxis are the most direct method, taking just 20–30 minutes but costing around HK$250 (RM135). For a more exclusive ride, a pre-booked private car from your hotel will cost roughly HK$400 (RM216) and offers door-to-door service.

2. From Tsim Sha Tsui (Kowloon)

Tsim Sha Tsui travellers can hop on the MTR’s Tsuen Wan Line, change at Lai King for the Tung Chung Line, and then switch at Sunny Bay to reach Disneyland. The journey is around 30–35 minutes, costing just HK$21 (RM11) with an Octopus card.

Buses, such as the A21, also connect TST to Lantau Link where you transfer to the R8. This takes about 45 minutes and costs around HK$37–38 (RM20). Taxis from TST are fast and convenient, with a fare of about HK$230 (RM125). Alternatively, private transfers offer a smooth experience for roughly HK$350–400 (RM190–216), ideal for groups or families.

3. From Mong Kok (Kowloon)

Mong Kok is well-connected via the MTR. Travellers can take the Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King, transfer to the Tung Chung Line and continue through Sunny Bay onto the Disneyland Resort Line. It takes about 35–40 minutes and costs HK$21 (RM11).

The A21 bus offers an affordable option at HK$37 (RM20), although slightly longer. Taxis offer a direct ride in 20 minutes for around HK$220–270 (RM120–145). Private transfers are also available, usually costing around HK$350–400 (RM190–216) for a comfortable door-to-door journey.

4. From Causeway Bay

Causeway Bay visitors can use the MTR with a route via Central or Admiralty, transferring at Sunny Bay for Disneyland. The journey takes about 40 minutes and costs HK$27 (RM15). It’s efficient and scenic.

Buses such as the A11 also serve this area, costing around HK$48 (RM26) and taking about an hour. Taxis are the fastest but priciest, costing HK$250–300 (RM135–162). For added convenience, private cars can be pre-arranged for about HK$400 (RM216).

5. From Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)

There are several transport options from HKIA. The fastest is the Airport Express to Tsing Yi, followed by a switch to the Tung Chung Line and then onto the Disneyland Resort Line. This takes around 30 minutes and costs HK$70 (RM38).

A cheaper option is the S1 shuttle bus to Tung Chung, then MTR via Sunny Bay. This route takes slightly longer (30–35 minutes) but costs just HK$18 (RM9.70). Taxis (blue Lantau taxis are recommended) take about 15 minutes and cost around HK$150 (RM81). Private shuttles are also available at a similar price for groups, offering added comfort and ease.

6. From Hung Hom Station

Hung Hom offers easy MTR access via the Tuen Ma Line to Nam Cheong, then the Tung Chung Line and Disneyland Resort Line. This route takes 35–40 minutes and costs HK$26–27 (RM14).

Bus routes like A22 or A21 are available to the Toll Plaza, followed by R8 to Disneyland. These take about 50–60 minutes and cost around HK$31–32 (RM17). Taxi rides are quick and straightforward, costing HK$240–290 (RM130–157). Private transfers are also an option and offer comfort for about HK$350 (RM190).
