FAQ About Traveloka Priority

When Will My Bookings Be Counted as Progression?

Your bookings will be counted as progression 7 days after completion. This means after you’ve returned from your trip or checked out of your accommodations, your journey towards the next tier continues!

What Happens If I Refund/Reschedule a Booking?

To count towards your progression, you must complete your bookings. If you refund a booking, it won’t count. However, if you reschedule, you’re still in the game! Just complete the rescheduled booking, and your progress remains intact.

Can My Tier Be Downgraded?

Yes, your tier can be downgraded if you don’t meet the required actions to maintain your current status. For example, to stay a Gold Priority member, you must complete RM 450 worth of bookings before your tier validity period expires.

Why Did My Tier Change/Disappear When I Logged into the Traveloka App?

Ensure you log in with the same email before and after re-logging in. This ensures that your account data loads correctly, keeping your tier status intact!

How Long Is the Validity Period for My Tier?

Your tier is valid for one year from the date of your tier change. So, keep booking and exploring to maintain your status!

If I Get Upgraded/Downgraded, Can I Still Use the Benefits from My Previous Tier?

Unfortunately, no. You can only enjoy the benefits available in your current tier. So, aim high and keep climbing!

Where Can I See My Traveloka Priority Tier & Progress?

You can easily check your tier and progress on the Traveloka Priority page. Just tap the Traveloka Priority widget on the homepage or the Traveloka Priority banner in the My Account menu.

Terms and Conditions

1.
Traveloka Priority program is eligible for registered users only.
2.
Minimum app version of 3.98 is required to access Traveloka Priority.
3.
Users can only be registered to Traveloka Priority program in one country.
4.
Users are not allowed to switch the program country selection.
5.
Traveloka Priority tier is determined based on the total paid amount by users for every transaction except Car Rental.
6.
Transaction made outside the registered country (based on user country selection settings) will not be eligible for progression.
7.
Traveloka Priority members will get rewards and perks in each tier, which can be used for transactions in Traveloka and/or partners as stated in each respective rewards/perks details.
8.
Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the perks of Traveloka Priority without prior notice
9.
Traveloka Priority rewards and perks are not transferable and convertible
10.
Each reward and/or perk has a different validity period and terms & conditions, by using the rewards or perks, users are deemed to have agreed with all the terms & conditions.
11.
Some perks and/or rewards might only be available for a limited amount of time, unless stated otherwise.
12.
Traveloka Priority tier is valid for a year and will be reevaluated based on the total spending made for the past 12 months.
13.
Traveloka Priority tier evaluation will be done every 12 months after user get upgraded to a higher tier.
14.
Traveloka Priority tier will be downgraded if the total spending does not reach the minimum threshold during the tier evaluation.
15.
Traveloka Priority members can only access their current tier’s perks and rewards. The previous tier’s perks and rewards will be inaccessible and will not be carried over to the next tier.
16.
Traveloka Priority tier upgrade will be reflected for a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the user meets the total spending requirements/threshold
17.
Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the tier mechanism, including membership upgrade and downgrade, without prior notice.
18.
Traveloka reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Traveloka Priority program at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice.
19.
Traveloka reserves the right to suspend any Priority member if Traveloka determines in its sole discretion that a member has been indicated to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
