Passenger Capacity

The number of seats written in our app does not include the driver or children under 3 years old. However, please make sure that the rules in the city you are going to do not require children to be in a baby car seat. If they do, then the children will be counted as one passenger.

Please also know that you are not allowed to bring more passengers to the car. If you do, then the driver has the right to refuse your booking. So please choose other cars that have more seats available.

Baggage Capacity & Size

You are not allowed to bring more baggage to the car. However, in some countries, such as Indonesia, you can bring more baggage if the number of passengers is less than the maximum capacity. So please check the rules in your destination city to find out whether baggage can be placed on empty passenger seats.

As for the baggage size and dimension, there are no strict limitations about it, just make sure that the size of your baggage will fit in the trunk of the car.
