A wide range of Xperience items, including Attractions, Beauty & Spa, and Sports, are eligible for Easy Refund. Here are 3 easy steps to find Xperience products with the Easy Refund feature:

Method 1: Through Xperience Activity Details and Ticket Details

1. Open the Traveloka App, then tap Xperience

2. Select an activity on the Traveloka Xperience home page or search page

3. Check for the Easy Refund badge/icon on the Product Detail and Ticket Detail pages
