Why can't I find the option to reschedule my booking?

There are two possible reasons why this happened:

  1. Your booking is non-refundable.
  2. You have not updated your Traveloka App to version 3.0.

To enjoy the Easy Reschedule feature, please make sure that your booking is refundable and that you are using the latest version of Traveloka App or website.
