You can submit a claim request by following the instructions listed in the Product Information section on your insurance certificate or in the Policy Wording. You can find the Policy Wording in the email sent to you after purchase and on the bottom of the Coverage section of your Insurance Certificate in My Insurance on Traveloka App.  

Please note that some insurance products offer a feature that allows you to submit claim requests directly via Traveloka App.
