Such a lovely place and fantastic staff.
Room was well designed, very clean, breakfast was brilliant, they made us both feel so welcome.
You are next to the promenade literally on the beach. There is a road in front of the hotel but zero issues.
Highly recommend this place to anyone 100% the best place we stayed and only wish we had stayed another night

Property was very easy to find, has a very good location and it's super clean. The only two things are when you take a shower water gets on the floor of the bathroom but nothing bad and the location to park, that is a little far, but seeing the traffic of the city it’s a bless the hotel offers parking! Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

This beautiful hotel has an amazing location. Across the street from the beach, minutes away from two bus stations, with several dining options nearby. Great breakfast to get you up and enjoying Himare and the surrounding areas.

Good things- breakfast very good, air con, clean.
Poor things-Rooms not as advertised, pictures misleading, deluxe triple room was small and daughter had to sleep on a chair bed.
Busy road right outside front of hotel. Expised wires in shower, shower room door would not slide freely, poor position of shower meant you couldn't get under it.
Just as we were about to leave they then said we needed to pay 100 euros to clean the shower noom floor for a small mark that could have been. easily removed. Room was cleaned 2 days previously but nothing said to us about it. Felt we had to pay so we could get to our flight without delay.
Not recommended.

The hotel decoration so unique love it. Lovely staff. Close to lots dinning right across from himare beach, one the best beaches we have been here in albania . Room view was spectacular

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the bay in Himare. The room was nice. Two negatives: no divider in shower, so entire bathroom floor gets wet and the parking is 400 meters away and is actually public beach parking.

Had a great stay, the area is lovely during the day and right next to the beach. At night the area gets more lively until 11:30 when the music stops. We really enjoyed our stay and the service was very good, they really looked after us. Would stay again here and for longer in future.

The staff at Geo & Art were so lovely and kind. They made our stay so smooth and even held our bags for us after checkout when we had to go to an all day boat trip. Such a cute hotel!

Sunny balcony with very comfortable seating swings, chairs, sofas) overlooks the sunset over the Ionian Sea. What could be better. Lovely swim across the street followed by a nice hot shower in a simply and tastefully decorated modern room.

The hotel owner is lovely and works very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was right on the main Himare beach and near a lot of restaurants.

It was very clean and modern. The host was very nice and even put together a small breakfast for us even though it wasnt included. The value was great. The only thing that was a bit confusing (probably just us) was that the photos on Hotels.com make it look like all the balcony rooms have sea views, but that is not the case... maybe just our mistake. Either way it was an excellent place to stay and we would stay again!
