Royalton CHIC Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only

My husband injured his knee in a hot tub the did not have railing centered or on both sides of the steps. Limited alcohol and told several times they were out of vodka and Jack Daniels. Some staff seemed miserable and could care less about customer service and lastly their third party tour company for excursions did not make sure we were on the right excursion. Paid too much money and did not get what we expected or paid for and the resort did not seem to care.

Bad experience overall. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Views are nice at least

I enjoyed the hotel rooms, bed, air conditioner. Nice resort, pretty good food. Breakfast buffet can use another person making omelettes. Great layout of the resort. Certain bars ran out of vodka or tequila and were never replenished. Running to different locations to make 1 drink. A hassle to make dinner reservations, recommend making them your first day. Overall nice resort, for an adults only.

I likes that the property was adult only. It took us a day to get the correct room. A lot of run around. The food was subpar. I could never find the hookah person at the booth. Service at certain edtablishments were horrible. Drinks were good and every night had a different theme

The island itself was a beautiful place. As for our stay, we had to cut our trip short because of all the discomforts provided by the property. First of all the dining options were close to none. The buffet had cold food, and limited options, the restaurants that you needed to make reservations for were “all booked up for the week or closed.” Second, the bars almost never had what you wanted, ex. Never had champagne or piña coladas. Third, staff seemed annoyed when asking them for simply things. Excursions are very limited and are expensive compared to other Caribbean islands. Finally, we booked a room with a King size bed and had to wait for a room with 2 queen beds. We were told we would eventually switch to a King size room but spent 3 nights without ever being switched.

To loud the music all the time ,to many times people passed by to sales staff..by the beach no one is coming to clean ..the drinks by the beach pool the have no idea what the services..excellent service by buffet or restaurant very clean room..

It was so peaceful being here! Had a wonderful vacation.

The property is well kept and very clean. Staff put in a lot of time and effort to keep it up to par.

Loved the property loved the staff they were pleasant and made the stay worthwhile. Just make sure that your last day everything is packed. I was rushed out the room so fast that I forgot my bag with everything in it and had to go through way to much to get it back at the airport. Overall stay was amazing would go back!

I made a last-minute booking at Royalton CHIC and was told during check-in that an employee would ensure the room was ready. The employee confirmed it was, but upon checking, I found the minibar empty and no soap in the bathroom. I called the front desk and politely asked for both. After 20 minutes, no one came. I called again—still nothing after another 20 minutes. After a third call and nearly an hour later, someone finally replenished the minibar and delivered soap. While I appreciate that a manager later apologized and attempted to make amends, the overall experience did not reflect the standard I expected, especially from a resort of this caliber and price point. The basic expectation of a ready room and timely service was not met, and unfortunately, I regret choosing Royalton CHIC for this trip. This delay made us late for dinner and left a poor first impression. The room should have been properly stocked and inspected before our arrival. I understand it was a last-minute booking, but that should not affect the level of service provided. I regret choosing Royalton CHIC for this stay, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve service standards for future guests.

Royalton CHIC is a beautiful hotel, we loved the welcoming, atmosphere and the hospitality. We upgraded and got the best oceanic experience along with the best butler, Carl. Carl made our vacation a truly special and wonderful experience. We will certainly return.

Love the location, visitors come to Antigua to experience Antigua vibes we need to have more than one local foid night aweek, people who are not there for a long term need to experience Antiguan food and vibes.

The staff were really friendly, always ready to assist with anything.
